1. Sales Executive – Artificial Grass & Landscaping
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Assist residential and commercial clients in selecting the best artificial grass products.
Provide expert advice on landscaping design and turf application.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new leads.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience in landscaping, construction, or interiors preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for outdoor design and sustainable solutions.

2. Artificial Grass Installer / Technician
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Prepare sites, measure, cut, and install artificial grass for various applications (gardens, balconies, playgrounds, sports fields).
Ensure precise fitting, secure adhesion, and a flawless finish.
Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently on-site.
Provide on-site customer support and project completion sign-offs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of artificial grass or flooring installation experience.
Proficiency with cutting tools, adhesives, and base preparation techniques.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, often in outdoor conditions.

3. Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding products, quotes, and installations.
Coordinate site visits, delivery schedules, and installation appointments with the technical team.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in customer service or project coordination.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
