Our Order Process

Here is how your order progresses from purchase to completion:

For Product Deliveries:

1. Order Confirmed: We have received your request.

2. Processing: Your artificial grass is being cut and prepared.

3. Quality Check: Final inspection before dispatch.

4. Out for Delivery: Our driver is on the way to your location.

For Installation Projects:

1. Booking Confirmed: Installation date is locked in.

2. Site Assessment: Team reviews the area (if required).

3. Work in Progress: Ground preparation and grass fixing underway.

4. Completion: Installation finished and signed off by you.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Within Dubai: 2 – 4 Business Days

• Other Emirates: 4 – 7 Business Days

• Installation Projects: Timeline confirmed upon booking.

Note: You will receive a call from our logistics team on the day of delivery to confirm the exact time slot.
